Notice: Before importing any data into REALHOUND, review your license agreement with the provider of your data to ensure that you are allowed to do so.

Specifically, Costar Comps licensing agreement restricts you from importing their sales comparable data into REALHOUND.

REALHOUND.com will not be held responsible for any licensing violations due to the import of unlicensed data into the REALHOUND software.
