Following is a list of changes or additions:

1. Enhanced the links to Goldmine 6.x.
2. Fixed misc. graphing issues.
3. Fixed the expenses calculation when you have multiple detailed valuation reports.
4. Moved the Survey reports into the Rent Comparable rent category.

REALHOUND - Coming Soon: contents
Expect some sweeping this year..... 

In addition to continuing support for Act! and Goldmine, REALHOUND will soon include its own contact manager.  Track clients, leads, venders and owners.  Send emails and create targeted marketing campaigns with ease.  REALHOUND will track a property and your leads from the time you list it for sale, through every facet of marketing, to its disposition.

Later in 2005, REALHOUND will introduce a new concept in mapping... Combine all of your property information, with demographics information, and the ability to visually display and search both in an interactive format. You will never search information the same way again.

The new release will also contain the REALHOUND Packager. This will allow you to combine reports, with information of your own, and setup reporting packages that can be launched with the click of a button. Keep them for yourself, post to the web, or email to your clients.

Towards the end of the second quarter of 2005, REALHOUND will introduce an entirely HTML web-based version of the product - with all of the features you know and love. Log into REALHOUND from anywhere. Host on your server or share ours.

REALHOUND Quick Tip: contents

The Report->Export function provides a great deal of capability and flexibility for creating your own reports and moving information from REALHOUND into Excel. Just run a search for any group of properties you would like to export, then select Report->Export. One the left-hand side of the screen, select the fields you would like to put into excel. On the right-hand side put them into the order you would like to see them in. Give the export a name and press Export. Excel will automatically open up the new spreadsheet, with the information for the properties you searched for. You can even name the export template so that all you have to do is select it on the export screen to repeat the process.
