APARTMENT PROFESSIONAL QUICK TIP

To quickly search on any field on your property profile, just right-click. A menu will appear allowing you to search by the field you clicked on. For example, if you right-click on the units field, you could type in '>200' to search for properties that are greater than 200 units. You could also use a wildcard if you wanted all of the properties that start with or include a certain word. For example, right-click on the property name field and type in 'Santa*'. This will find all of the property names beginning with the word 'Santa'. Your reports will use the newly selected properties.
