NEW PROGRAM FEATURES

Here's what's new in this version...

Unless otherwise noted, all features are for Apartment, Industrial,
Office, Retail and Hotel property types.

* Major New Apartment Feature - Select Analysis->Compare Group to
instantly compare the visible property to the rest of the properties in the
group

* Modification - Changed login screen to automatically you login if there
is only one User and the password is blank for the user
* Modification - Changed the install to ask if single-user or multi-user
* Modification - Added a version control file so that the c:\temp
directory no longer needs to be emptied after upgrading a multi-user
version

* Bug Fix - Fixed the operation of the Page Up/Page Down keys on all
pop-up screens
* Bug Fix - Fixed registration error when you are not pointing at a good
data file after registering
* Bug Fix - Increased the stability of the mapping when performing
multiple operations

REALHOUND QUICK TIP

Sorting is easy. After you have searched for a group of properties, just
right click on any field on the property profile. You can then select Sort
Ascending or Sort Descending. All of your reports will print in this newly
sorted order.
