Replace your current email with my favorite, Eudora. Been using it happily

Icon Toy - http://www.lighttek.com - Search your entire hard drive for
icons. This is great for re-doing your screen or selecting icons for
documents. You will be amazed at how many you have hiding out.

If you're like everyone else in your office, you probably have too many
things opening when you start Windows. This can really slow down your
computer. Here is a program that makes it easy to select what should, and
should not, open automatically. It's free!

NEW PROGRAM FEATURES

Here's what's new in this version...

Unless otherwise noted, all features are for Apartment, Industrial,
Office, Retail and Hotel property types.

* At many users' requests, we spent the last month reducing the amount of
time it takes REALHOUND to open. In many cases, you will see a significant
increase in speed. On our networks, the time has been cut in half. If you
are running REALHOUND on a network, be sure that the Multi-User Network
Installation check-box is checked on the File -> Administration->
Administration screen.

REALHOUND QUICK TIP

Look-up every property an owner currently owns or has owned in the past.
Just double-click on the owner field on the property profile then select
the properties tab. You can then double-click on any property to instantly
move to it.
