The average computer user is paying for a whole lot of features that we will never be used. Enter 602Pro PC Suite. This is a free Microsoft Office compatible office suite. That's right, it's free, and it is really nice. Everything that most of need/use is included. They do offer a "Plus" package for a whopping $29 that includes the following features: thesaurus and hyphenation, mail merge with database support, RTF and XML export, bar code support and text-to-speech.

2. Sony has done an excellent job creating a high resolution color Palm device. None of the others come close to the quality of the 320x320 Sony display. You can even add additional memory. Following is a list of changes or additions:

1. New reports selection screen.
2. Added additional fields to the Available Space/Lease Comps List screen - Commercial
3. Added market rents to the unit history screen - Multifamily
4. Added the File->Data File->Rebuild command to the menu - use this if you have problem deleting properties
5. Added the ability to directly merge two data files, File->Transfer Data-> Import Data File
6. Added the Sales Comparable List to the main toolbar
7. Modified the Quick Search screen to exclude Sales Comparables or Lease Comparables if they are not being specifically searched for - Commercial
8. Bug fixes
