Merge duplicate contacts or properties quickly and easily.
From the REALHOUND IP menu list select Edit > Merge Contacts and Properties > Select from either “Match Duplicate Contacts” or “Match Duplicate Properties”. Then select the Match Type: Auto-Match for the quickest most efficient method of matching duplicate information. Options for Auto Match can be Exact, Near or a Loose match. The list will then populate with any contacts who have more than one criteria in common such as Name, Address, phone number etc… Using the check boxes provided in the list select the Primary Contact then the Merge Contact. When the list is completed simply select the Merge Checked button! You are done!
