select Help->Upgrade from your REALHOUND main menu.

Following is a list of changes or additions:

1. Capability to import AMSI data into REALHOUND. Click File->Transfer Data->Import AMSI...
2. Capability to create and email data entry spreadsheets to property managers and then import the data into REALHOUND. File->Transfer Data...->Synchronize with Excel...
3. Brand new "Detailed Proforma Analysis" Click Analysis->Proforma Detailed...
4. With the Detailed Proforma comes a "Detailed Proforma" report.
5. Two new apartment reports: "Unit Type Comparison", and "Unit Type Comparison (beds)"
6. A "Beds" field has been added to the unit mix area for tracking student housing.
7. Added copy, cut, paste options by right-clicking on the property profile fields.
8. Be sure to check the new lease reports.
