Notice: Before Importing any data
into REALHOUND, review your license agreement with the provider of your data to
ensure that you are allowed to do so.
Specifically, Costar Comps licensing agreement restricts you from importing
their sales comparable data into REALHOUND.
REALHOUND.com will not be held responsible for any licensing violations due to
the import of unlicensed data into the REALHOUND software.

Version 4 - Major Release: contents
REALHOUND.com is
pleased to announce the release of version 4. There has been major improvements
in the software. We have listened to you, our customers and incorporated the
most requested enhancements.
1. All the most
important popup screens are accessed by clicking buttons on the property
profile screen.
2. Property List View has been redesigned to make it easier manage properties.
3. Over 150 data fields have been added to the commercial property portion of
the program.
4. New "Easy Search" button. Type in anything about the property that
you are looking for and REALHOUND finds the property for you!
5. Automatic "Buy versus Lease" for commercial properties.
6. Concessions field added.
7. Automatic loan calculator grid.
8. Ability to insert additional information into the footer of reports.
9. Users are now able to manage REALHOUND licenses themselves. All REALHOUND
registrations will be done via the web. If you want to move REALHOUND to
another computer, simple press the remove button at the registration screen.
You are then able to apply the removed license to REALHOUND installed on a
different computer. An active connection to the Internet is required for this
feature to operate.

on the bottom left of your screen to apply the current search criteria to the
Property List.
