Searching Google is great... but having Goggle do the work and then email you updates is even better. Use this news clipping service to receive articles on any subject imaginable as soon as they hit Google. Track your clients, your properties and your company.

1. Verizon Wireless Aircard . For over two years now, I have email and web access on my laptop nearly anywhere in the United States. For one low monthly fee, your computer can connect to the internet, powered by cell phone towers. It's not the fastest connection in the world, but it is fine for email, looking for directions, and logging into most websites.

2. Bay Prospector. Spend much time on eBay? Then this product is for you. Setup a list eBay searches and it will run all of them and then create one consolidated list. It also lets you setup snipes so that I can bid on an item at the last minute to get the very best price. Recommended!

REALHOUND 4.964 release is available - http://www.realhound.com or
select Help->Upgrade from your REALHOUND main menu (make sure all users are logged out before upgrading).

Following is a list of changes or additions:

1. For Apartment/Multi-family users, there is a new Stats screen that gives you a great overview of your properties when you log-in or anytime that you are using the software. Just press the big button on the tool bar that says Stats.
2. The login process has been greatly simplified. You can now create a new database, login to an Access database or a SQL Server database all from one screen.
3. Links to Act! and Goldmine have been updated.
4. You now have the ability to link to and interact with Goldmine 6.5
5. The link to Homestore has been updated.
6. The demographics link to ESRI has been updated.
7. The Property Profile now has a new look, with each of the fields outlined in green.
8. The Reports screen has been simplified and now includes explanations of what the reports do.
9. The link to view external photos has been changed to automatically use whatever program you have specified in Windows to open different types of graphics.
10. Misc. bug fixes.

REALHOUND - Coming Soon: contents
Expect some sweeping changes over the next 7 months. In the first quarter of 2005, REALHOUND will introduce a new concept in mapping... Combine all of your property information, with demographics information, and the ability to visually display and search both in an interactive format. You will never search information the same way again.

The new release will also contain the REALHOUND Packager. This will allow you to combine reports, with information of your own, and setup reporting packages that can be launched with the click a button. Keep them for yourself, post to the web, or email to your clients.

Towards the end of the second quarter of 2005, REALHOUND will introduce an entirely HTML web-based version of the product - with all of the features you know and love. Log into REALHOUND from anywhere. Host on your server or share ours.

REALHOUND Quick Tip: contents

On the new Stats screen, just double-click on any group at the bottom left to instantly view the properties in that group. So, if you are grouping by City, and Irvine is one of the cities on the list, just double-click on Irvine to see all of the properties in Irvine.
