How long is my license good for?
All of our products are licensed on an annual basis, unless otherwise stated. When you purchase a license, it is good for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Do I get free software upgrades and new releases?
Yes, our products include a period of free upgrades for registered users. During this time you will receive all upgrades and new versions of the products that are released. The length of time and number of free upgrades are shown on the associated product home page.
What types of credit cards can be used to purchase the software?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay with your PayPal account by calling us as 949-309-2810 Ext 2.
Are my credit card details secure?
All credit card transaction information is sent from your browser to our servers via the most secure encrypted connection available.
Can I purchase using a check or money order?
Yes. Please call us at 949-309-2810 Ext 2 for this option and you will receive your registration number after we receive and process your payment.
Can I purchase over the phone or by fax?
Yes.

Do you offer multi-user, multi-year, and corporate licenses?

What is the refund policy?
We provide functional trial versions of all our software so our customers can evaluate and test the software before making a purchase. Due to the expenses involved in processing payment we do not provide refunds after the trial period unless otherwise noted or a technical problem exists with our software that cannot be resolved by our technical support staff. If you have a support issue please contact technical support for further assistance.
Are the products available on CD-ROM?
Yes, a CD-ROM version can be requested with every order.
I've lost the registered installation file. What do I do?
Email support@realhound.com and we will be happy to provide you with a replacement copy of the original file.
When will I receive my license code information after purchasing?
When purchasing by credit card, you will immediately receive your registration and license code information via email. If the product is purchased using one of our alternative billing methods, your registration key will be sent after receiving and verifying payment. Please allow at least 24 hours for registration information. Please note some small delays may occur in verifying your credit card details under certain circumstances.
I just purchased online but I didn't receive my receipt via email. What happened?
Receipts are sent immediately after the order has been processed. Please ensure that you are connected to the Internet and that the computer or ISP does not have a firewall or SPAM/ad-blocker affecting the delivery of email, please also ensure you entered a correct email address.
