What's the best way to send a Support Request?

The best option for sending our Support department a request is by going to the Support option from within your Realhound program. Doing this provides us with a diagnostic of your program in order to better troubleshoot and diagnose any issues. Thanks!

I've lost my license code or have had to reinstall the program. What should I do?

Email sales@realhound.com and we will be happy to provide you with a copy of your license code.

What should I do if I find a bug in the product?

Unfortunately, we can not foresee or prevent every bug from occurring while using one of our software creations, but please let us know exactly what you were doing when the error occurred and what the error message said. We will then work on an update to fix the bug(s). You can submit your bugs with our Customer Service Team at Support@Realhound.com.
