I can honestly say that, after a year of using REALHOUND®, that the organizational
benefits alone are well worth price of the software and are essential to my daily work,
from prospecting, to tracking comps, to documenting the essentials of a deal.
I've never before been able to have everything in one place, either physically or
electronically, as I now do with REALHOUND®'s integrated features that allow me to
track all of the important parts of any given deal in a seamless fashion while at the

I have used REALHOUND® since 2002 and recently upgraded to the latest REALHOUND®
Live for a new PC. As a hotel broker focused mostly in California, I track roughly 5,000
hotel properties, tied to roughly 4,000 owner names. The program allows me to store
important property data and input my daily call notes easily for a large number of records.
I especially like that I can easily see all of an owner's properties or see all of my owner
call history notes related to property I search geographically very quickly in the midst
of rapid call volume. I am still getting used to the advanced features of the new program
purchased last week, but see that it is very user-friendly, intuitive, and has easily-accessible
tabs for every imaginable type of property information. Company representatives were very
helpful importing my data easily into the new system. Overall, I think this program helps a
broker stay very organized and have important client or property information easily available,

I'm on the 30-day trial period with REALHOUND® as well as REA and have
about a week left on each. The difference between these programs and
more traditional contact management programs like Outlook and Act is
their Property feature. This allows you to inventory and manage all of
the information on the properties you want to keep track of whether
they be your own listings or every single building in your market. Of
course, they are also tied directly to your contacts.

REALHOUND® offers DAILY live online training webinars, at no cost, with
plenty of opportunity for Q&A. Although, REA is actually cheaper in
the long run [if you don't have a maintenance contract or pay for
training], I don't find it to be as user friendly or as robust. They
say that market knowledge and contact management are the lifeblood of
our business so I've yet to see another program out there that can
better manage both...
