If necessary for support purposes, this document will walk you through the steps needed to upload your data file to the Realhound.com website.
Step 1 – Visit our website at www.realhound.com
Step 2 – Select Client Access from the Menu
Step 3 - Fill out the form and use the Browse button to locate your file(s).
Step 4 – If you are sending us your database file, you will look for it in the C:\rhserver\realhnd folder on your computer. Your database will have the file extension of .mdb.
Step 5 – Once you filled in all required information and browsed for your files, click on Send.
**Note: Please leave this web page open until you see “Message Sent Successfully” on the screen next to form.
